About

Many of us struggle with feelings of insecurity, anger, anxiety, and sadness. We may find ourselves wishing that relationships with our families, romantic partners, or friends were more fulfilling. Sometimes the struggle to decipher how to live a more fulfilling life can be a lonely one. If you feel this way, know that you are not alone and there is help. After working as a therapist for over a decade, what I have found is that no one wants to live a "less than" life, yet many do not know how to live any differently.

My clients have often shared that therapy has allowed them to reclaim parts of themselves that have been lost as a result of previous pain, and discover the transformative power of living authentically. "Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us"-David Richo.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, trauma, and abuse. I enjoy working with women's issues: infertility, post- partum, work/life balance, and body image. I also have extensive experience working with persons of diverse backgrounds including sexual orientation/gender identity, ethnic/religious groups, and immigration status.
