About

Emotions...UGH! What are they good for? Well...you might not want to hear this, but those emotions you are feeling do serve a purpose, and you might not understand how they are serving you...YET. That's where I come in. You may feel aimless in parenthood, career, or your relationships. You want to understand more about who you are and what makes you tick, AND want a safe and warm space to explore those thoughts. You might be a member of the LGBTQIA+, poly, and/or open community and worried about judgement as you navigate the unique experiences of your life. Or, as an adult you are still navigating complicated parental relationships. View 12 Photos

I will follow your lead, asking questions and making observations with the goal of challenging or enlightening your ingrained thoughts and feelings. My counseling style has been shaped greatly by being a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and at various moments I have felt the burden of anxiety, self-doubt, marginalization, and oppression.

Let's do this work together so you can expand your understanding of yourself. Let's do this work together so you can expand your compassion for yourself. Let's do this work together so you can wholly inhabit yourself. If you have questions about counseling or are ready to set up your first appointment, reach out. I look forward to our conversation.
