About

The ideal client is seeking out reassurance and support in times of calm as well as crisis. The goal is to help clients with the issues facing them every day to treat the entire person, not just the pinpointed issue. A therapist is only as strong as the relationship with each client. Each client is unique, collaboratively we find an approach to therapy that fits to your specific needs and goals then we re-evaluate to bring about the best self. Whether it be LGBTQIA+ issues, sex/intimacy, relationships, depression, anxiety, OCD, substance use, kink and/or other issues, you aren't alone. Together we can get you where you want to go.

In conjunction with the client, we find ways to process, rebuild and grow into the best version of their realized self. We work towards goals customized to client's specific needs. Specialties include working with acceptance therapy, reframing, CBT while remaining solutions-focused. I offer more than reflection, I provide realistic options & opportunities.

As a former New Yorker, I can be pretty direct. As a person in a second career, I understand the fear of stepping into the unknown. As a human being I relate to people having difficulties in finding the willingness to continue moving forward. Together we can work towards building the best version of self.
