Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
My name is Jason Delgadillo and I have enjoyed working as a clinical therapist for the past 8 years in the county of Los Angeles. I have worked with a wide breadth of clientele, mainly focusing on supporting the unique needs of individuals and helping them to find balance, stability, and self-compassion. I have worked with adults including people living with mental illness, college students, veterans, LGBTQIA2s, people experiencing homelessness, older individuals, and people from the BIPOC communities. My focus is PTSD, anxiety, relationship issues, childhood/adult trauma, dream analysis, wellness, and addiction. I have a working knowledge of trauma, relationships, anxiety, and cultural considerations. My strengths are CBT, mindfulness, and Jungian analysis, with a somatic approach to integrate the body and mind. You can expect a non-judgmental curiosity that works to support you in what you want out of therapy and your personal life. I have always been passionate about understanding people and the various choices we make that make and shape our lives. I started by studying religion, art, and philosophy then took an interest in culture, humanities, and history, then moved to psychology. Understanding the human experience has always been my underlying motivation.
