Hi there. My name is Jason Claros. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and I provide tangible clinical intervention and education to anyone looking to achieve social-emotional freedom. In my adult life I've been a pizza delivery guy, collegiate/pro baseball player, marathon runner, wedding singer, social worker, foster care analyst, child abuse investigator, school counselor, olympic weightlifter/coach, CrossFit coach, dog dad, dog uncle ("duncle"), and my greatest achievement this far, a husband. Sometimes we bury ourselves trying to accommodate everyone and make people happy and get everything done but before we know it we didn't eat or drink a thing all day, or we missed the gym because we stayed late at work, or we committed to a few too many kids birthday parties on the weekends we just wanted to sleep. That kind of grind will leave you burned out, anxious, depressed and stressed, and can have a "considerable" (as in negative) physical and emotional impact on you and your relationships.
