I am here to help you manage, cope and flourish against barriers to a better well-being. I believe that people have the tools, knowledge and experience to contribute to their advancement. I meet people where they are at in their stage of life and assist in the process of change. My approach is a combination of motivation interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focus techniques, substance abuse therapy, anger management and safety approach. I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) licensed clinical social worker with several years of experience in substance abuse treatment and mental health treatment with adults. I welcome anyone and everyone who desires to work on change. I believe in each of your persistence, determination and perseverance to work on improvement. I am accepting new clients.
