About

My approach is welcoming to men/boys and skeptics who have an aversion to therapy with humor. I am a great fit for those not afraid to think outside the box and I am inclusive of the unique needs of neurodiverse individuals, LGBTQIA+, or the chronically misunderstood. Whether you are stressed, feeling stuck, or noticing road rage and other miscommunications, I am capable to ‘meet you where you are’ and find solutions that are achievable.

My approach begins in the ‘here and now’ with trauma informed mindfulness training. I offer readings along with creative and narrative art making opportunities to increase emotional intelligence and self-compassion. My goal is to bring you safety and emotional regulation while processing your emotions to gain insight live with ease.

Providing group art therapy at an inpatient psychiatric hospital has given me a framework of inclusivity to offer practical insight and solutions to a wide range clients.
