My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to explore their experiences and provide support as clients take steps towards a happier and healthier future. We can explore what client's need to live life with more peace and joy moving forward. By understanding who my client is, what they have experienced, and what they hope to change will allow us to create personal goals for creating a better mental health plan for their present and their future. I believe in meeting client’s where they are and working towards goals that we set together based on the client’s needs and directed by when the client feels ready to take steps. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults managing issues of relationship/family conflict, anger management, grief/loss, life transitions, anxiety/depression, women’s issues, and parenting. We are all doing the best we can but we don’t have to do it alone. The biggest step to counseling can sometimes be simply making that first appointment or showing up to that first appointment, if you can do that then I’ll be there moving forward to help figure out what you want or need from counseling.
