Are you looking to improve your mental health? I have a passion for working with teen girls and women with anxiety and depression. I want to empower women with the coping skills to address self esteem issues and successfully navigate transitions in life. I want to empower teens girls and women through therapy. I am able to offer sessions to clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and adjusting to transitions in life. Choosing to begin therapy is a big step. Locating the therapist that is a good fit can take time. Scheduling your first appointment is a commitment. Allow me the opportunity to assist with this process.
