My ideal client is the client that is willing to do the mental and emotional work that a therapeutic relationship requires, regardless of the issue they are bringing. These clients are desirous of change and growth and have some degree of motivation to make achieve them. They want to understand themselves better in order to develop and maintain healthy relationships with themselves and others. They commit their time and energy to themselves and the process and are respectful of my time. I support my clients by providing a therapeutic environment in which awareness and growth are encouraged so that you become your greatest problem solver. I hold a certificate in Career & Academic Advising and am currently seeking certification as a sex therapist and EMDR therapist.
