With over 10 years of experience, I’ve had the honor of supporting adults, adolescents, and families through individual and group therapy, as well as crisis intervention. I'm also certified in EMDR, a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and other emotional struggles. I provide telehealth services to clients throughout Florida, helping them find balance and well-being from the comfort of their own homes.
