I believe that "what has been broken in relationship must be healed in relationship." (unattributed) Often what brings us to consider therapy is some part of us that feels broken. I see my role as therapist to be a person in your life who listens with curiosity and compassion, while honestly reflecting what may be standing in your way. My hope is to walk along side you to support the journey you are on. View 3 Photos I have experience with youth, adults, families, and couples addressing relationship issues, traumatic experiences (EMDR), life transitions, and behavioral change (CBT and DBT). I see people largely from an attachment perspective - that we are all shaped by the relationships we have been in. I currently provide in-person and telehealth sessions. Its not easy to begin the journeys of either understanding or of change. What I love about being a therapist is witnessing the courage people muster in themselves to take a single step, and how single steps can lead to new paths of freedom and life.
