I am a master’s level therapist who is independently licensed in two states: Ohio (LPCC) & Tennessee (LPC-MHSP). I have 12 years of counseling experience in many different facets of behavioral health. I tailor your treatment plans to your current needs. Utilization of tele-therapy sessions with frequency discussed throughout the process: weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly options available. I understands that this process can be difficult and wants to make things as easy and comfortable for the client as possible. Accepts private pay options as well as insurance through SonderMind and HeadWay. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I have also worked with first responders, veterans, and correctional workers. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Clinical Trauma Counseling.
