Together we can work towards creating overall wellness and establish routines and habits that allow clients the opportunity to feel able to shift from surviving to thriving. My goal is to provide support in understanding the challenges you are facing, create effective change within your control, and cope with distress as it arises. We will work together to create wellness emotionally and mentally while increasing self-compassion and self-care. Clients can expect a safe and non-judgmental environment in my sessions, where I aim to eliminate shame and create a space for open exploration and growth.
