About

Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, powerful emotions, or a sense of being undervalued? Life can feel like an endless uphill climb with no break in sight. Maybe past trauma adds extra weight to your challenges, or perhaps as a Queer or Neurodivergent person, you feel out of place or unsafe. You need a way to escape life’s constant pressures; simple tasks can feel monumental. Let's talk. If you would like to see my work history you can visit my Linkedin profile

I can have difficult conversations without judgment and help you learn skills that, with practice, will alleviate stress and anxiety.

I don't know your exact situation, but I know what anxiety and the often accompanying depression feel like. Being Queer and working with the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand microaggression and how it increases anxiety. I help people learn skills and better understand what is going on with them in a validating environment.
