I love working with individual adults and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and trauma, as well as couples seeking to shift difficult patterns of communication and interaction or establish healthy patterns early on. I focus first on building safe and nurturing relationships with my clients. From this foundation, we will work together to understand your current coping styles and identify opportunities to shift painful patterns of reaction. I am a Level I Certified Restoration Therapist and have studied with Dr. T. Hargrave, the founder of the Restoration Therapy Model. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oregon State University-Cascades and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Oregon.
