As a clinical counselor, my desire is to join you in the midst of life's journey and together, learn to navigate your life in ways that promote deep wholeness. This is created in and through our client-counselor relationship - cultivating safety, curiosity, and being truly known. Exploring your innate capacity to heal, we can hold space for your deepest distresses and create new experiences that lead to growth and transformation. I believe in working with both your heart and mind in ways that are unique to you, allowing your truest self to emerge. My approach is rooted in attachment theory, attending to how one’s significant relationships throughout life have shaped their current ways of thinking, feeling, and functioning in both healthy and harmful ways. I have significant experience working with trauma and enjoy working with teenagers, adults, and couple/family relationships. I consider it a sacred privilege to enter into the stories and worlds of my patients. I’d love to provide some hope and undo aloneness with you.
