About

My intention is to build an environment in which you can speak freely about anything, and my style is conversational and trauma-sensitive. I have particular experience talking about ADHD, anxiety, relationships of all kinds, artmaking, navigating chronic health conditions, making big decisions, and loneliness. I enjoy getting to know my clients, and I am glad to meet with anyone who is interested in working together.

Therapy can take many different shapes. For some, it might feel best to start by sharing lots of background stories so that I have the full context for what they want to talk about. Others may want to get started from a stance of problem solving or finding a way to get some relief quickly. If you aren’t sure where to start, we can figure it out together.

I am an open person and comfortable answering questions about myself and my perspective. My work is informed by my interests in the arts, critical psychology, and the history of medicine. Community is very important to me–I meet with my own mentors every week, and I have been a supervisor to new therapists since 2019.
