Mainecare clients or self pay ($75/hr) Typically, we will meet for approximately 1 hour a week, which means there are 167 hours in the week that we're not together so if desired, I will give you educational material and practice exercises for you to complete so you can apply what you've learned in sessions to real life. I have a laid back style and people feel comfortable with me quickly! I'm an eclectic counselor with a lean towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but pull from many approaches to fit the needs of my clients. I have a master's in counseling.
