About

“I bring a deep curiosity to help you explore your whole self—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual — as you work toward a fuller and intersectional understanding of yourself and the relationships around you. We’ll craft a space to process your experiences, gain awareness of your thoughts, behaviors and emotions, and envision a more integrated, liberating life.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered, blending compassion, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy, all through a trauma-informed lens. As a Queer Latinx & spiritually-informed therapist, I recognize that spirituality/religiosity can or has been a source of healing and/or pain both individually and historically

Nature, culture, social liberation history and spirituality deeply influence my client-centered approach. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to help you navigate your life and relationships with everyone and everything. We'll be intersectional, examining your gender, race, class, culture, sex, abilities, neurodiversity, trauma, resilience and more.
