About

A therapist's role is to support a client through their journey of self discovery. I aim to build a warm, therapeutic relationship, creating a nonjudgemental space to explore challenges, gain more insight into thoughts and patterns and develop solutions to problems. By using thoughtful questions and genuine curiosity, my goal is to support you and provide guidance in navigating life's obstacles and foster growth and healing.

I use a holistic approach to therapy, using Cognitive Behavioral therapy, integrating mindfulness techniques and emphasizing individual strengths. My goal is to empower individuals facing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, grief, insecure attachment patterns and relationship challenges to improve their lives.

Please reach out to me by email or by going to my Headway profile to book a free consultation to see if we would be a good fit to work together. Currently I am accepting clients in Maine and Massachusetts.
