I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I worked in the Non-Profit sector for several years and have been in private practice since 2012. I have extra education in Grief Counseling, Health and Lifestyle Coaching and Personal Training. I meet clients where they are and help them leverage the synergy between mind and body to access the strength and momentum needed to move through Life. My primary theoretical approaches are Person-Centered, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-focused Therapy. Together we will create goals that are important to the client and fill them out into measurable, attainable and time-oriented increments. Creating accountability and follow through while continuing to adjust as needed. When meeting with me for the first time, clients can expect a comfortable, supportive and collaborative environment. My desire it to get to know where you have come from and what is brining you to therapy now and how together we can help you heal, grow and move.
