About

Seeking help can be a difficult and scary process, especially if you feel like you're in it alone. I am here to provide that safe and non-judgemental environment while we explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I work collaboratively with clients to develop life skills, regulate emotions, and to help you reach your goals through an eclectic approach. I tailor sessions to the needs of each individual utilizing techniques like mindfulness, going outside, art therapy, exposure therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and evidence based techniques. My specialities include depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, life transitions, identity crisis, grief, PTSD and medical family therapy. I consider my approach to therapy to be interactive and hands on through the use of various art modalities, games, outside time and talk therapy. I use a variety of materials, such as painting, collage work, and photography.

I believe that not all healing has to come from conversation but can be discovered nonverbally through evidence-based art. My goal is to help bring awareness of our unconscious minds through visual representations to aid a better understanding of feelings, behaviors, and positive changes in lives. Feel free to reach out if you feel like we'd be a great fit!
