About

Some of us come to a point in life where we find ourselves feeling stuck. Maybe the things that have always worked are no longer working. Maybe we come to a place where we are struggling with a current relationship, holding on to a past relationship, or longing for a future where our relationships are rich with connection and purpose. Or perhaps an unexpected event or circumstance has left us reeling in confusion and doubt that life will ever feel normal again. Jamie believes that safety and connection in relationship are the most powerful tools for movement towards health and wholeness.

Jamie believes safety and connection are the most powerful tools for change. Jamie creates a non-judgmental and warm space where clients can engage with themselves and their stories with honesty, kindness, and compassion.

Jamie’s approach to counseling is through a collaborative process where clients learn the language of their bodies as a gateway to better understanding present struggles, past wounds, and better self-awareness for the future to move beyond personal goals and symptom management towards wholeness and purpose.
