About

Life is hard. It's full of trials and tribulations, tragedies and miseries. Yet life can also be so much more if we learn to see the beauty in creation and in others. If you're feeling like your eyes are closed to this beauty, you are unable to see it, or that something in your past/present is keeping you 'stuck," then I may be able to help. Therapy is not magic, it does not provide a quick fix. Therapy is hard, but it is worthwhile and good. If you are looking for a guide, a sounding board, a clinician, someone to walk this journey with you, I may just be that person.

I accept all ages and issues. I offer a patient approach remembering that healing takes time, but also remembering that sometimes you may need a push/nudge to see what is really hurting your life. I treat depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, pornography and alcohol addictions, and life transitions. I specialize in adolescent care and men's issues.

Reach out! I would love to talk with you and see if I can be of help. Sometimes that first step of asking for help is daunting, but don't be afraid, I promise I'm pretty laid back and not scary at all. No worries if you decide it's not for you, a quick message to me is not a contract or binding agreement. Let me know how I can help.
