About

I understand when people feel that their lives are out of control, and am ready to help explore ways to problem solve and cope effectively. Taking a holistic approach to clients’ problems, I aim to understand where they are in life so that they can create an effective “roadmap” for navigating life’s challenges. My goal is to create a safe “workshop time” for clients to process how their lives and relationships are affecting them, and create plan of action.

I have experience working with individuals and groups utilizing DBT, CBT, IPT, and Reality Therapy with adolescents and adults to treat depression, anxiety, interpersonal problems, and addictions. Supporting my work, I have a Bachelors in Psychology, Minors in Cognitive Neuroscience and Anthropology, and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

If you are looking for a safe space to problem solve life events or mental health stressors, please reach out to Clover Counseling Services (901-387-0026) and ask to meet with me! I'll be happy to meet with you and help you work out a plan of action!
