Counseling is a journey and in that I feel there most important factor is establishing a solid therapeutic alliance. In this we will work to develop options and opportunities to aid in your journey. In this I enjoy working with couples, teens and individuals in working to reduce anxiety, anger management issues with trauma, depression and inter personal and academic difficulties. Each day offers us a chance to grow and to enhance our confidence and interpersonal happiness. I also have specific training to support out military, veterans, first responders and their families who have their own unique challenges. I have a specialization in working with individuals 11 and up with anger management, anxiety, depression, behavioral and attention based disorders, grief, loss failure to thrive and adjustment to post covid life. I also am able to assist individuals with insomnia and sleep disorders as well as PTSD and TBI issues faced by Veterans and impact their families. I firmly believe in the creation of a comfortable supportive environment. Your experiences are a part of you, and i my office I honor that. However they do not control your path. The desire to make change shows your courage. I am here to join you in your journey, to help to develop a path for better mental health and to help you become confident.
