About

The surest way to reach me is by email not voicemail. I use an integrative approach to therapy that addresses symptoms and behaviors, thoughts, sensations, and core beliefs. People's experiences and problems are influenced by many factors; genetics, biology, psychology, society, community, family, relationships, education, occupation, religion, and culture. I work with clients to help them reach the goals we develop together collaboratively. I use a comprehensive therapy program integrating the approaches listed in this bio, and I utilize several of the latest advances in technology and software, including my client account portal.

My clinical training focused heavily on cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, and motivation therapies. My formal education placed an important emphasis on social justice work and ethics. I have PESI certificates in telehealth, DBT, ADHD, ASD, CBT, IFS, Health and Wellness, and advanced clinical skills for the trauma informed therapist.

I try to build a compassionate, empathetic, trusting, nonjudgmental, professional therapeutic relationship with my clients. I try to maintain a warm, safe, inviting, comfortable, calm environment to do the difficult therapeutic work. With a mindful state of being, present in the moment, and attuned with you, I can accompany you on your healing journey.
