Above and Beyond Community Services, is a counseling and psychotherapy practice with locations in Waterbury and New Britain and serving surrounding communities. Our practitioner is a highly trained License Professional Counselor who specializes in treating a wide verity of mental health dysfunctions including anxiety, depression, personality disorders, spectrum disorder and ADHD/ADD. Above and Beyond Community Services provide individual psychotherapy treatment as well as family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. We specialize in using theoretical orientations, such as dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, trauma focused therapy, mindfulness-based counseling, interpersonal therapy, etc. We also specialize in working with children and adolescents in areas such as behavior management, emotional regulation skills, social skills and anger management If you are experiencing psychological distress and/ or emotional distress please give us a call.
