About

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression or relationship problems? Do you worry that you may never achieve the satisfying life that you envision? Do you struggle to find a work/life balance and feel exhausted from trying to prove yourself? Do you have trouble feeling deeply or staying present in your daily life? Are racial or cultural dynamics impacting your personal or professional relationships?

I welcome clients to embrace their authentic experience, fostering a sense of acceptance from which we can explore unhelpful patterns, while unpacking any feelings of shame. Through the integration of mindfulness, somatic awareness and parts work, I aim to assist in improving the quality of relationships, with self and others.

I'm excited to work with individuals, couples and families to help improve the quality of their lives and relationships. Many of us are not equipped to cultivate long-lasting intimacy. Many of us are beholden to family rules or interaction patterns that may be unhelpful. Therapy is a good place to deepen your self-awareness and improve your quality of life.
