Through commitment to genuine acceptance and perceptive insight, I help identify the impact of life issues and a variety of mental health concerns. As a passionate and professional Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples and families. My approach emphasizes repair, rediscovery of choice and hope. For 16 years I have gained extensive experience in working with those suffering emotional unrest, shame, guilt and fear. Empowering others with the learning and development of healthy coping skills and self esteem is my strength. I value individuality and diversity and welcome people of all backgrounds, cultures and ethnicities. I am continually amazed and inspired by my work with infidelity and marital conflict and dissatisfaction because of the capacity for change and the potential for growth and healing in relationships. I am a member of The American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. I am EMDR trained as well.
