About

When encountering stressors in your everyday life, it is easy to feel like you’re the only one going through it. While it can feel overwhelming at times, I believe in collaborating with each client to discover their path forward. I am here to provide an empathetic and supportive environment so we can explore your unique background and identify patterns as well as your inherent strength and self-awareness.

At the core of my approach is building a trusting relationship where your voice can be heard. My therapeutic style is eclectic and flexible, with a psychodynamic and attachment-based foundation. As a bicultural and immigrant-identifying therapist, I take an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed approach to supporting you on your journey to self-actualization.

I am committed to providing a judgment-free zone to help you gain deeper insight into yourself, get support through transitions and relationship hardships, and learn new coping skills for the roadblocks ahead. For a complimentary consultation, please reach out by email or phone today!
