If you are taking the time to read my profile that means that you have made the decision to get some support for yourself or someone you love. Pat yourself on the back, taking the first step is the most difficult and you have just done that. I have been a social worker for over 20 years in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. I have worked in the home, community, school, and in-patient hospital settings. I enjoy working with challenging children, families, and individuals that other professionals have struggled to connect with. I pride myself on providing individual and strengths-based clinical support to my clients. I use humor, honesty, and radical acceptance in the work I do with my clients. I use a blend of therapeutic styles based on the individual needs of my client. I am easy to establish rapport with and am very outgoing. I am passionate about the work that I do and that shows through during sessions with my clients. I believe that every person deserves to be accepted, celebrated, and loved for who they are.
