About

Are you finding yourself struggling to manage the stressors of everyday life? Are you wanting to reinvigorate your experience and are you ready to make lasting change? Seeking out a therapeutic partnership is a pivotal first step in the change process, and I commend you for your willingness to begin your search for the right fit for you! I have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing a diverse range of mental health struggles. My professional training and experience are in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), couples therapy, family therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.

I am approachable and empowering with a strong motivation to support clients as they uncover their capacity for positive change. My role as a therapist is not to pass judgment, but to be supportive and honest in the therapeutic alliance. My style relies on a strengths-based and relational approach that includes facets of various therapeutic modalities.

I begin each new therapeutic relationship with a free, 15-minute consultation video call to make sure that we are a good fit. During this first session, I share information on my clinical approach, obtain personal history, and explore therapeutic preferences. Please visit my website to book your session!
