About

Since 2004, I have provided individual, family, and couples therapy to clients that are impacted by stressors that trigger mental health symptoms. I am competent in treating a variety of diagnoses while working collaboratively with clients and their families. I work to establish the therapeutic alliance necessary to support clients in meeting their goals within their own cultural and environmental context.

I utilize motivational interviewing and believe in a client-centered approach to therapy. I also practice cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy to teach clients skills that will assist them in achieving their goals. I believe in a holistic approach that looks at all areas of life that can be impacted by mental health symptoms.

I am available for an initial consultation, so that we can talk about possible treatment goals and a plan for our work together. Feel free to reach out with questions about therapy benefits and what you can expect from working with me
