About

My work is informed by the idea that in order to change, we must first cultivate self-acceptance. I believe that we all possess an inner strength and resilience that, with support and increased self-awareness, can empower us to live authentic, fulfilling, and meaningful lives.

My style is warm, open, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I pull from a variety of modalities, including relational Gestalt therapy, mindful self-compassion, family systems, and attachment theory. My work with clients is trauma-informed, incorporating somatic techniques, such as Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), that help bring the nervous system into balance.

I will meet you where you are right now—whether you’re in so much pain that it’s difficult to get through the day or are “doing fine” but feeling stuck in one or more areas of your life. Together, we will explore your emotions, patterns, challenges, hopes, and dreams, and work collaboratively toward self-acceptance and growth.
