About

I’m so glad you're taking the step toward growth! As a clinical social worker, my passion is helping clients discover and reach their fullest potential. Through self-reflection, we can explore all parts of ourselves—including those that may feel less polished—so we can grow and thrive. Setbacks are a natural part of life, and what's important is learning from them. Past wounds can sometimes hold us back from reaching our goals, but together, we can build the tools to break through those barriers. In our sessions, my goal is to offer warmth and empathy, always honoring that you are the expert of your own story.

While I work with adults of all ages, I especially enjoy supporting young adults as they navigate the challenges of "adulting." If desired, I am also happy to incorporate faith-based Christian support into our sessions, integrating spiritual practices, prayer, and biblical principles to help guide you toward healing and growth.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy creating, traveling, spending time with my dog, Java, and caring for my houseplants, which bring me peace. I’m also deeply involved in my Christian church community, where I find connection and purpose. Having been on my own therapeutic journey, I understand the challenges we face. It would be an honor to support your journey.
