About

Everyone experiences life differently. Whether you are managing life changes, trying to reconcile the past, or learn new ways of communicating and coping, I believe together we can establish goals and work towards accomplishing them. One of the most important aspects of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. Creating a safe and collaborative space for clients is a top priority in my practice.

I primarily work with populations such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, LGBTQIA+, anger management, relationships, boundaries, and communication. I have experience in a variety of treatment settings such as residential, IOP, EOP and outpatient treatment.

I have a direct and compassionate approach that ensures my clients are moving towards their goals at a speed that is comfortable to them. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them be set up for success while in treatment and beyond.
