I work with a wide range of clients and a variety of presenting issues, and I am particularly drawn to creatives struggling with anxiety and depression. I practice with a feminist focus, striving for equality, advocacy, and equity between all clients and their relationships. My previous experience as an art teacher and artist grants me a deep love for the arts as a tool for healing, which I often use in my practice. I also enjoy working as an ally and advocate for equitable treatment for those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. My clients include adult (18+ yrs.) individuals and couples. I strive to empower and walk alongside my clients in my therapeutic practice, so they may live their full, best lives, and step into their power to thrive. My greatest honor in life is to witness my clients achieve their goals and discover their magnificence. I offer a safe, judgement-free space to process experiences and move towards change. In my space, I intend to remove judgement and create an accepting, safe environment for all visitors. I enjoy accompanying my clients on their journeys as they grown into their best selves. Through a creative, strengths-based approach, healing and liberation bloom in my clients’ lives. All are welcome here.
