I am dedicated to helping the members of our community navigate the stress, anxiety, depression, anger, and guilt that many of us feel as we move through these complex and chaotic times. My approach to therapy is eclectic and varied, but always aligns with modalities that prioritize compassion, acceptance, exploration without judgment, and presence. In session, I utilize emotion-focused therapy, parts work and a multiplicity narrative via Internal Family Systems, Mind-Body therapy in the Hakomi tradition, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and Motivational Interviewing. These modalities are flexible, humanistic, and can be tailored to many different needs and desires in the therapeutic setting. I would love the opportunity to work with you and address the challenges you’re currently facing in life. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation or to set up an appointment.
