About

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of adult life—perhaps juggling a demanding career, complex relationships, parenting stress, or the pressures of high expectations? You may be struggling with lingering emotional issues like anxiety, self-doubt, or unresolved trauma, and feeling like you're “stuck” or unsure how to move forward. In therapy sessions with me, I aim to help you better understand your emotions and experiences, no matter how challenging they may be. Therapy can be tough at times, but I’m committed to making sure it’s also a warm and supportive space where you can process your feelings and gain clarity.

My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from relational, interpersonal, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral (CBT) frameworks. I strive to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental, and compassionate environment where curiosity, empathy, and humor guide our work together.

I believe in treating the whole person and always consider the unique context of your life and experiences. Whether we’re unpacking difficult moments or working through old emotional patterns, I’m here to help you move forward with greater self-awareness and confidence. I'll help you navigate the unique pressures you face and find balance in your life.
