Hi, my name is Jacee Unruh and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Kansas. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and empowering space where my clients can feel genuinely heard and seen. My goal is to partner with you to explore thought patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back, process and understand your emotions, and recognize the strengths you already possess. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, divorce, and the social issues that arise during the teenage years. I utilize an integrated approach to tailor my sessions to each individual. I include elements from a variety of theoretical models such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, solution-focused, and attachment theory lenses.
