My approach to working with clients is compassionate and person-centered. I believe each person is the expert on themselves and therefore my role is to be a supportive guide throughout the healing process. My training and experience have afforded me the opportunity to work with a variety of issues, including but not limited to, complex trauma, sexual abuse or sexual assault grief & loss, anxiety, depression, and those who may be experiencing heightened stress related to family, work, or social situations. You may be bringing years of hurt and challenging situations into counseling but I will be here to support you with that pain. I am a certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy therapist. This is an evidence-based practice that promotes healing with the use of eye movements. I have also received a certificate in Trauma-focused CBT. I specialize in helping trauma survivors find their voice to take healing back into their hands. I am here to assist you in your healing journey. Taking the first step can be hard but my staff and I will help you with each step along the way.
