About

On the surface, the world sees you as the one who ‘always has it together’ - but on the inside, you’re starting to feel like you’re falling apart. You feel like you're working overtime to push down those uncomfortable feelings (you know, the ones that have always been lurking in the background) - except no matter how hard you try, you’re finding yourself more anxious, ungrounded, and on edge than ever before. You want your body to feel more at ease. You want to feel more connected (to yourself, to others). You want to see (and trust) what others see. But, you’re just not sure how.

I specialize in supporting those who long to experience ease and safety in their bodies and across their relationships - but feel stuck and overwhelmed by the undercurrents of anxiety & trauma in their life. In my office, we work towards shedding (& understanding) those unwanted reactions - while building the tools you need to experience relief.

I am an LGBTQ-affirming therapist, & my practice centers on supporting individuals and couples (in all forms of relationship structures) who are seeking to heal from unhealthy relationship dynamics, trauma, and anxiety. Wherever you are in your journey, you don't have to navigate it alone. Visit my website - pachamamatherapycollective.com - to learn more.
