Currently only seeing ages 10-18. - Navigating childhood and adolescence, especially in a world changing as quickly as today. It can feel impossible to cope with a variety of new feelings while balancing home life and school life. I can assist with providing psycho-education about feelings, empathy and positivity while providing a safe and encouraging environment. I work with teens to help them navigate the difficulties of life through the use of effective techniques. I will work diligently to create and foster an environment where the client can discover their strengths while processing their life’s difficulties. I focus on the youth and young adults through the use of CBT, MI and Solution-Focused Brief therapies which is individualized for each client.
