About

Sometimes we all need extra support as we navigate life's challenges. My counseling approach is grounded in the belief that everyone is capable of change and that we all have within us a deep well of strength and resilience that enables us to overcome and move toward our fullest and most empowered selves. Together, we will work to draw on your strengths and resources, clarify your goals, and explore your internal and external worlds in order to deepen your awareness and create the space for change, growth, and healing.

My counseling style is integrative and person-centered, acknowledging and honoring each individual’s unique and ever-changing relationship with themselves and the world, including the systems and contexts that shape our experiences. I strive to create a warm and nonjudgmental space and approach our conversations with empathy, compassion, and curiosity.

I work with individuals and couples of all identities and backgrounds. I have supported folks struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, and identity. Please reach out if you're curious to know more and see if I am the right counselor for you. I look forward to hearing from you!
