I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults, with an emphasis on trauma-work and sexual assault. I have experience working with couples, families, and individuals. I am also mindful of my clients’ intersectional and multicultural identities and how that may influence our work together. Reach out to schedule a free 15 minute consult! The therapeutic atmosphere I build with my clients tends to be one that inspires growth through self-reflection and recognizing one’s strengths. I take a client-centered approach to help you acquire the tools you need to tackle day to day life, anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders. I believe reaching out for help is the first step and it is a therapist’s job is to help guide you on your path to healing and feeling whole and fulfilled. Asking for help is hard, but it should not be scary, let me answer any questions you have about this whole process! I am currently accepting new clients for both in-person and telehealth sessions.
