You know that news scroll in Times Square? It can be dizzying to look at, right? Well, we too have an internal “news scroll” upon which our perceptions, snap judgments and beliefs about how the world “should” be inform the way we interact with the world. I would like to help by offering a non-judgmental, authentic space where you can come as you are. I like to use cognitive behavioral therapy (among other modalities) so we can investigate the thoughts and behaviors which may be contributing to low self esteem, anxiety and depression and then plan how to move forward. The practice of going to therapy has manifold benefits. A good therapeutic rapport can provide a space to explore the barriers you have in your life in a safe and confidential space. Please contact me so we can speak for a few minutes and see if it could be a fit.
