About

If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, self-esteem issues, or other concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Moreover, if you are a person with a disability, we can work to develop positive coping strategies to foster personal growth and independence. Working together, we will focus on how your thoughts can impact your feelings and behaviors. Lasting change happens at one’s own pace, and I will always strive to listen to your concerns in a calm and empathetic manner. Together, we will focus on your strengths and abilities to find solutions that work for you.

Over the years, I have worked with a variety of people with different needs. These experiences led to the development of my therapeutic styles. As a LMHC, I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy to focus on the impact of your thoughts. I also work within the framework of Reality Therapy, which helps identify strategies that can empower you to make positive choices.

The purpose of counseling is to empower individuals to positively change their thoughts, feelings, and choices. This process can create a meaningful impact on one’s life. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I strive to facilitate a safe space for growth. A Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, I am uniquely qualified to work with people with disabilities.
