Building a more cohesive identity, congruent with your values while gaining clarity, building resilience, and developing healthier coping mechanisms. I have experience in both non-profit and private treatment settings. The evidence-based modalities I draw from embrace a non-judgmental and empowering approach to therapy. Working with clients from a wide range of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, helping individuals, couples, and families through hardship and adversity. Carl Jung said, "I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become." We can’t change the past, but we can change our relationship to it, and in doing so, we can transcend trauma and write our stories the way we see fit.
